Thank you for your interest in my consulting services.

In advance of our initial consultation I will be requesting data regarding your personal circumstances in order that I can ensure the services I provide are tailored to your specific needs.

I would like to reassure you about how this personal information you send to me is handled.

Any information you provide in the initial questionnaire or during our communications is treated as strictly confidential. It is collected solely for the purpose of assessing your needs and providing appropriate counselling support.

Your information:

• Is not shared, sold, or passed to any third parties

• Is stored securely and accessed only by me

• Is handled in accordance with UK data protection law and DfE recommendations for pupil data

The only circumstances in which confidentiality may need to be broken are where I am legally required to do so (for example, if there is a serious risk of harm to you or others), or if you provide your explicit consent for information to be shared.

You always have the right to:

• Ask what information I hold about you

• Request corrections to your information

• Ask for your information to be deleted, where appropriate
