Terms and Conditions
For Teaching Sessions with Julianne Miller - Integrated Provision (Company Number 14227882)
This agreement covers all or part of the school year 2026/2027
Provision of Services
Integrated Provision provides the Service of termly teaching courses for pupils from 6 -18 who require differentiated teaching
This Service is provided over 3 school terms
Sessions are 55 minutes in length, unless otherwise specified
Sessions delivered in addition to this schedule are ad hoc and separately arranged
The days on which the sessions are to be provided will be mutually agreed between the parties
The sessions shall be provided at 9 Leighton Gardens, NW10 3PX (Premises)
Fee, invoices and payment
Invoices are sent per half term and are payable in advance of the first lesson.
The Fee for a course is £875 per half-term
Payment is required to secure sessions.
Failure to provide payment will result in loss of Services.
Absence Policy
1 pre-arranged absence per course may be rescheduled, either in term time or during designated days in half term and term breaks.
This rescheduled lesson may not be carried over across terms.
No refunds are provided for missed sessions.
In the event that Integrated Provision is unable to provide tuition, missed sessions will be credited at £159 per hour.
The Practice's obligations
Provide Services with due care, skill and ability
Ensure the safety of pupils during lessons
Provide verbal feedback on progress
Alert stakeholders if any safeguarding concerns arise
Engage in cordial communications
The Individual's obligations
Co-operate with Integrated Provision in all matters relating to the Services
Provide Integrated Provision with access to such information and data as is required for the provision of the Services
Drop off and collect pupils on time
Engage in cordial communications
Termination
This agreement shall continue until the earlier of:
- the termination of this agreement by no less than one half-term written notice given by the Individual; and
- the termination of this agreement by one half-term written notice given by Integrated Provision at any time.
Upon [the earlier of the date[s] specified, this agreement shall cease to have any effect and Integrated Provision shall have no obligation to provide any further Services to the Individual.
